Negotiated and facilitated the sale of the silicon valley-based company to a publicly traded corporation. Led the development of the worldwide division of a multi-national technology company based in the United States.

Mark Goldstein is the retired CEO of Actuant Corporation (NYSE:ATU, now EPAC), a global $1.6B industrial business, where he spent 15 years. He is the former President of various divisions at Stanley Black and Decker, where he spent 22 years and a former Operating Partner with Huron Capital, a private equity firm. He has also served on several public and private company boards. He is currently serving on non-profit boards, is a mentor/coach and real estate investor.

Steve Herman is President of BottleBuys, Long Island’s premier independent retail liquor store. He was the youngest licensed beverage retailer in New York State when he started his business almost 60 years ago. He is a serial entrepreneur, retail liquor store innovator and commercial real estate investor. He has launched businesses in the ice cream, bakery, and home furnishings markets to name a few. Steve has been past President of every major trade association in the liquor industry and currently serves as President for numerous condo associations.
